The Marina at Cape Harbour offers more than 22,000 square feet of waterside shopping, dining, and services. The first Marina Boutiques opened on the ground level of Marina South in December 2006 to wonderful reviews. Across from The Boutiques is The Marina Promenade, which includes Pignoli-An Epicurean Marketplace, SIM Gallery of Fine Arts and Islands-Fine Tropically Inspired Clothing, Accessories and Sunglasses. There are plans to add a luxury spa, an intimate sushi restaurant and another art gallery this fall, when The Promenade at Marina South II opens. A weekend Farmers’ Market is also being discussed.
